Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. She is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native who was born and raised by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen is Polish (mother's) as well as German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen's talent for entertainment was discovered at a very young age. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell's mom enrolled her with an agency before she turned 13; she later appeared on television commercials as well as newspaper advertisements. Then, she also began private acting lessons. Bell played a small part that was not credited to her for her part in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell was part of the music and drama clubs of Shrine Catholic High School. When her school staged a show of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was cast as Dorothy. Bell later moved to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student at the Tisch School of the Arts. Bell graduated from college in 2001 when she landed the role of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. In 2001, she made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. However the scene she played was removed from the film, and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell was in Broadway for the first time in The Crucible, a revival with Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
